DarDev Solutions sells three distinct things that buyers often conflate: market-facing SaaS solutions (Hesabi, DarDevLab, EscaHire on waitlist), engineering platform products on dardev.net/products, and bespoke DarDev Services engagements for cloud migration and DevOps. Each path has different contracts, support expectations, and honest availability limits.
A Tunisian PME that needs TTN-ready invoicing should not start with a Kubernetes SOW. A scale-up that needs GitLab-to-cluster pipelines should not expect Hesabi to replace Portainer. This guide maps product buyer journeys and services engagements so you route the right stakeholder to the right front door.
What counts as a DarDev Solution
Solutions on dardev.net/solutions are SaaS products with their own domains, signup flows, and product support queues. Hesabi at hesabi.tn targets Tunisian SME finance: VAT workflows, accountant-friendly exports, and interoperability work aligned with national fiscal context. It is Tunisia-only today—we do not claim Morocco or Algeria coverage because we have not certified those regulatory stacks.
DarDevLab at dardevlab.com is operational for cloud-native learning with project-based certification tracks. Product accounts stay on dardevlab.com; marketing interest is separate from learner access.
EscaHire is our AI-native recruitment OS: semantic resume review, proctored assessments, scheduling, and offer flows as described on dardev.net/solutions. It is on waitlist—invite-only beta—not general availability. We publish target scope on the website, but we will not claim EscaHire matches Hesabi or DarDevLab production readiness until waitlist cohorts graduate and support runbooks match our Deployed Realities standard.
- Hesabi: live SaaS, Tunisia-only fiscal scope
- DarDevLab: live SaaS, global learner access with TND pricing
- EscaHire: waitlist; join for launch updates, not tenant provisioning today
Platform products: a different purchase motion
Platform products on dardev.net/products are the engineering factory we use to build and run our own solutions: Workspace for zero-trust IAM and SSO, DarDevCDE for cloud development environments, DarDevOps for Kubernetes orchestration and CI/CD, and Observability for logs, metrics, traces, and alerting. They follow the Authorize → Develop → Deploy → Observe pipeline—not a single ERP-style login.
Buyers here are platform leads and SREs evaluating primitives that wire together—Workspace for IAM, DarDevCDE for onboarding, DarDevOps for deploys, Observability for production signals. Module maturity varies: confirm GA features during a scoping call, not from a capabilities matrix alone.
These products share Kubernetes-native DNA with stacks we operate internally, including our Unified Mailer (Twenty CRM, Listmonk, Stalwart on send.dardev.net). Patterns we sell are ones we run for our own CRM and campaigns.
DarDev Services and DarDevOps engagements
DarDev Services is B2B consulting: cloud migration, platform hardening, observability kickstarts, and custom delivery across MENA and Africa. It is not a self-serve SKU next to Hesabi signup. Engagements start with discovery—current cluster state, compliance constraints, team skills—and end with a written scope, milestones, and handover plan. DarDevOps as a product module and DarDevOps as a services engagement share tooling patterns but different contracts.
Services buyers need hybrid outcomes: migration, RBAC hardening, observability stand-up, or GitLab-to-cluster integration their team will operate after handover. We reference running systems in proposals—crm.dardev.net, mail.dardev.net—not hypothetical architectures. Fiscal software points to Hesabi; bespoke infrastructure points to services.
Consulting reach can span MENA; Hesabi regulatory coverage does not automatically follow. See when to hire DarDev for cloud migration for day-one discovery questions.
Choosing the right path
- Name the job-to-be-done
Tunisian invoicing and TEJ exports → Hesabi. Engineer certification → DarDevLab. Hiring OS evaluation → EscaHire waitlist. Cluster CI/CD or IAM → platform products. Legacy migration or custom SRE work → DarDev Services.
- Check availability in writing
Ask whether the module is GA, beta, or waitlist. Request production URLs and on-call owners for anything labeled operational.
- Separate product signup from marketing email
Product signup is not the same as marketing email. Cold prospects belong in CRM outreach, not tenant databases.
- Escalate to services when the fit is composite
If you need Hesabi plus custom ERP integration plus a new Kubernetes platform, plan a services engagement to orchestrate cutover—not three disconnected pilots.
Honest positioning we publish
Deployed Realities is the policy behind this article: marketing must match production. We say waitlist for EscaHire, Tunisia-only for Hesabi, and send.dardev.net for outbound mail infrastructure. We describe integrations we operate—GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana—not every logo that fits a procurement slide.
Read what Deployed Realities means at DarDev, which product to start with, and how we dogfood our stack. Enterprise inquiries go to contact@dardev.net; product trials stay on hesabi.tn and dardevlab.com.

What is the difference between a solution and a platform product?
Solutions are market-facing SaaS (Hesabi, DarDevLab, EscaHire on waitlist) with product domains and end-user workflows. Platform products are engineering primitives on dardev.net/products—IAM, CDE, DevOps, Observability—that teams compose into internal platforms.
Is EscaHire available to buy today?
No. EscaHire is waitlist invite-only beta. Join the waitlist on dardev.net/solutions for launch updates; do not expect full tenant provisioning or GA support parity with Hesabi or DarDevLab yet.
Can I use Hesabi outside Tunisia?
Not today. Hesabi is Tunisia-only by design—VAT, TTN, and TEJ workflows reflect Tunisian regulatory context we certify and support. DarDev Services may consult in other countries, but that is not Hesabi product coverage.
When should I contact DarDev Services instead of signing up for a product?
Choose services for bespoke migration, multi-system integration, observability kickstarts, or platform hardening where no single SaaS SKU fits. Choose products when a documented module or live solution matches your problem with a clear signup or demo path.
How do DarDevOps the product and DarDevOps engagements relate?
The DarDevOps product ships Kubernetes and CI/CD patterns we use internally. A services engagement applies those patterns to your estate with custom milestones and handover.
