Is EscaHire available to buy or deploy today?
No. EscaHire remains on waitlist, not general availability. You cannot sign up for a production workspace the way you can for DarDevLab or Hesabi. We will announce GA on DarDev News and to EscaHire marketing subscribers when onboarding opens broadly.
What is the difference between the waitlist and beta access?
The waitlist is an interest list: launch notes, cohort invitations, and honest scope updates. Beta access is an invitation to test unfinished software under agreed terms. Not every waitlist member enters the first beta; early cohorts stay small so we can fix workflow gaps before scaling.
How do I join the EscaHire waitlist?
Subscribe at mail.dardev.net/subscribe/escahire-marketing.html. That list carries EscaHire product news only. It does not create a CRM account, ATS login, or consulting engagement. Enterprise teams needing bespoke hiring portals should use dardev.net contact flows—we separate product waitlist interest from services scoping.
What will the first beta cohorts likely include?
We expect early betas to stress resume ingestion, role rubrics, internal approval chains, and assessment integrity signals—not full offer automation on day one. Scheduling depth, integrations, and reporting may arrive in later cohorts. Exact scope will be emailed to invited cohorts; marketing pages will not retroactively claim features existed before they ship.
When will EscaHire reach general availability?
We do not publish a fixed GA date. Recruitment software touches compliance, bias review, and customer data retention—graduation depends on beta quality, not a calendar slide. Waitlist members receive the earliest factual timeline updates. Until GA, treat all dates as directional.
Will EscaHire replace our current ATS immediately?
Unlikely in early betas. Most teams will parallel-run or pilot one requisition family while keeping their existing ATS for compliance archives. EscaHire targets closed-loop hiring over time—scoring, proctored assessments, scheduling, and offers on one candidate record—but we will not ask you to rip out production systems before the product earns that trust.
How does AI work in EscaHire without automating hiring decisions?
EscaHire is designed as assistive AI: semantic resume scoring and explainable ranking against criteria recruiters define. Integrity signals from proctored assessments inform human review—they do not silently reject candidates. What candidate data will EscaHire process in beta?
Betas will handle resumes, application answers, assessment telemetry where proctoring is enabled, scheduling metadata, and internal reviewer notes. Retention windows, export paths, and regional privacy controls will be documented per cohort. HR and legal teams must validate jurisdictional fit before uploading real applicant data—we can provide synthetic fixtures for early walkthroughs.
Is pricing published for EscaHire?
Not for pre-GA access. Beta cohorts may run under evaluation terms defined in invitation emails. Public pricing will appear when we open general availability. We will not quote enterprise totals on marketing pages before the product ships.
Can waitlist members influence the roadmap?
Yes, within reason. Beta feedback reorders priorities—approval UX, rubric editing, integrity dashboards, integrations. Cohort pain points affect sequencing; we cannot build every custom request before GA.
How is EscaHire different from DarDevLab and Hesabi?
DarDevLab (education) and Hesabi (Tunisia-only finance) operate in production today. EscaHire is a recruitment product line on its own waitlist—it shares platform patterns but has not completed GA graduation.
Beta day-to-day expectations
Beta builds change weekly; integrations and polish lag behind core workflow slices. Cohorts should parallel-run with their existing ATS until EscaHire earns a cutover decision. Feedback should be specific—blocked hires, weak explainability, redundant approval steps—not generic sentiment.
